![]() issue 3 only affecting games though would make it an extremely low priority for apple and wouldn’t expect 11.1 to fix that, maybe 11.2 or 3Īs for supporting ipad, that’s a different beast since it has much greater storage and api restrictions that could limit what wow actually could do. If I had to guess, I’d say issue 1 and 2 are more likely to be fixed sooner than later since they affect non games. Now I heard some but not all of that is fixed in 11.1. Issue 3: kernel panics/crash in certain situations, macOS with video drivers Issue 2: stutter/lag/freezing when using a USB mouse, macOS bug with windowserver Issue 1: Flickering when using external display, macOS bug It’s buggy because mac OS 11.x is buggy as all heck. The game made heavy use of intel specific feature set calls that needed to be rewritten to also support arm. It was a nearly 11 month task to make it run on arm. This is why there are bugs ( the laziest way to go about it but the easiest way to start) ![]() All they did was recompile it for the ARM version.
